Seizure and impoundment order for Kavak Municipality's official vehicle
A seizure and impoundment order has been issued for the official vehicle of the Kavak District Municipality in Samsun due to a debt owed to a contractor.
According to the information obtained, a contractor who was owed 662 thousand 881 TL for work performed with the municipality initiated legal proceedings after failing to receive payment.
Following the process, enforcement proceedings were initiated, and a seizure order was issued for the official vehicle with license plate 55 UG 001.

The decision by the Kavak Enforcement Office included the registration of the seizure and impoundment lien, the execution of necessary procedures upon the request for the sale of the vehicle, and the issuance of a seizure warrant for the municipality's bank accounts. It was stated that a complaint against the decision can be filed within 7 days in accordance with Article 16 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
