In the Ceyhan district of Adana, it is alleged that 40-year-old Selçuk Demir, known for his social media videos in which he dances while riding a bicycle, was assaulted.
The incident reportedly took place the day before yesterday in the İsalı neighborhood of Ceyhan. According to the allegations, Demir, who is mentally disabled, was attacked by R.G., A.K., and D.K., who are claimed to be relatives of a young girl, on the grounds that he had patted the girl on the head.
Medical teams were dispatched upon notification for Demir, who sustained injuries to his head and various parts of his body. Demir was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was discharged after receiving treatment.
It was learned that Demir, who obtained a medical report for the assault after his treatment was completed, filed a complaint against the suspects.
While an investigation into the incident has been launched, it was reported that gendarmerie teams are working to apprehend the suspects.
