Severely injured in knife attack, sought refuge in municipality building
A young man who was severely injured after being attacked with a knife by two people in Malatya sought refuge in the Metropolitan Municipality building.
The incident occurred around 16:00 in the parking area belonging to the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality located on İnönü Street.
According to allegations, 21-year-old M.Ç. was wounded in the back as a result of a knife attack by 2 people with whom he had an argument. While the injured young man took refuge in the municipality, the suspects fled the scene.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene, and it was learned that the injured young man, who was taken to the hospital, stated in his initial statement to the police that the attack was carried out by individuals named Ertuğrul and Ahmet.
While the work initiated by the teams to capture the suspects of the incident continues, it was learned that the health condition of M.Ç., who is under treatment at the hospital, remains serious.
