She called her ex-husband while at the edge of the cliff: She lost her life

The incident occurred around 17:00 in the Seyir Tepesi area of Datça district. According to the information obtained, 34-year-old Mihriban Y., a mother of 3, came to the edge of the cliff for reasons yet unknown.

The young woman, who waited on the rocks for a while, called her ex-husband. Her ex-husband, who also informed the police and arrived at the scene shortly after, tried to move the young woman away from the cliff.

Ignoring the persuasion efforts of the police teams and her ex-husband, Mihriban Y. suddenly threw herself off the cliff. The young woman was seriously injured after hitting the rocks.

Health teams dispatched to the scene quickly intervened and took the young woman to the hospital by ambulance.

Mihriban Y. could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital. While the young woman's ex-husband was taken to the police station to give a statement, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
