Due to an event to be held in Istanbul on October 18, some streets and avenues in Zeytinburnu will be closed to traffic. The Istanbul Police Department announced that the closures will remain in effect from 09:00 until the event concludes.
According to the planning carried out by the Traffic Inspection Branch Directorate, Zübeyde Hanım, Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy, Semiha Şakir, Rauf Denktaş, Yunus Emre, Seyitnizam, Asım Kazancıgil, Balıklı Kazlıçeşme Road, Belgradkapı, and Demirhane avenues in Zeytinburnu will be closed to vehicle traffic.
Additionally, traffic flow will not be permitted on Zakirbaşı, İmam Hatip Road, Balıklı Silivrikapı Road, Çinoğlu Dead-end, as well as 40th and 246th streets.
It was stated that drivers can use Onuncu Yıl and Sahil Kennedy avenues, as well as Ekrem Kurt and Prof. Turan Güneş boulevards as alternative routes.
