The Amasya Governor's Office has announced that 'snow day' posts, which were made to appear as if they were issued by the Provincial Press and Public Relations Directorate, are unfounded.
The statement said, "Various social media platforms are being used to share fake visual posts claiming that education across our province will be suspended tomorrow dIt is claimed that education will be suspended due to snowfall.
The post in question does not reflect the truth and does not follow our governor's office's press statement format. were created by tampering withthe original content," the statement read.
on Tuesday, December 30,that education would be suspended,urging the public not to give credence to the fakevisuals and to rely onlyon the governor's office's official social media accounts and WhatsApp channel for announcements.It was requested that the shared posts not be taken into consideration.
