The statement said, "In the east of the Western Black Sea, the wind is expected to blow from the west and southwest at force 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) as a storm, starting from the early hours of Saturday, June 15.

In the Eastern Black Sea, the wind is expected to blow from the west and northwest at force 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) as a storm, starting from the early hours of Saturday, June 15, initially in the west and gradually across the entire region. The Samsun Governor's Office also issued a warning to be cautious, stating that disruptions in transportation may occur.
