The statement said, "In the east of the Western Black Sea, the wind is expected to blow from the west and southwest at force 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) as a storm, starting from the early hours of Saturday, June 15.

In the Eastern Black Sea, the wind is expected to blow from the west and northwest at force 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) as a storm, starting from the early hours of Saturday, June 15, initially in the west and gradually across the entire region. The storm is expected to lose its effect in the east during the evening hours and in the west after the evening hours."
The Samsun Governor's Office also issued a warning to be cautious, stating that disruptions in transportation may occur.
