Stormed the principal's office, tried to break down the door: Parent causes chaos at school

The incident occurred yesterday around 16:30 at a primary school located in the Zümrütevler neighborhood of Maltepe.

According to allegations, a primary school student named R.K.T., who participated in a school-organized trip, left the school upon returning by shuttle and walked home on their own.

Meanwhile, the parent, D.T., who came to pick up their child, began arguing with school administrators when they could not find the child at the school. The parent, D.T., demanded to review the school's security camera footage.

When the school principal stated that the footage could only be reviewed in the presence of police teams, the verbal argument turned into a physical altercation. The moments when the parent attacked the school principal and their assistant were captured on security cameras.

On the other hand, the parent, D.T., who was detained following the incident, was released after judicial proceedings.
