As the stream overflowed, the Millet Bahçesi (Public Garden) and the road were submerged, and a minibus became stranded on the road.
The passengers inside the vehicle experienced great panic.
The citizens trapped inside the minibus were rescued, with some being evacuated by construction equipment and others through the windows.
