Tenant cuts off landlord's genitals following dispute: Testimony revealed

According to the information received, Adnan S. (50), who resides in Dere Neighborhood, began arguing with his landlord K.A. (69), who lives in the same building, because he had sent enforcement officers to evict him from his home.

As the argument escalated into a fight, the tenant Adnan S. first punched the landlord K.A., and then cut off his genitals with a knife he was holding.

The enraged tenant did not stop there and attempted to force the severed organ into the elderly man's mouth. 

Adnan S. left the scene after K.A. fell to the ground and later went to the police to surrender. The landlord K.A., whose genitals were severed by his tenant, was taken to Yalova Training and Research Hospital by 112 Emergency Service teams arriving at the scene and was taken into surgery. The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse after his processing at the police station, was arrested by the court and sent to prison.

"IT HAPPENED SUDDENLY WHEN HE INSULTED ME"

Adnan S., who surrendered after cutting off his landlord's genitals, stated the following in his testimony to the police:

“K.A. is my landlord. I reside on the garden floor, and K.A. resides two floors above me. K.A. had previously applied for enforcement to have me evicted, and our eviction had been finalized. After it was finalized, we talked about the rent, and he said he would not implement the enforcement and would withdraw it. I have been living there without any problems for more than about 1 year. Today, my wife called me and said, ‘Enforcement officers came. They are going to evict us from the house.’ When I got home, the officers had already left.

While I was at home, my wife had broken the television cable, and I was repairing the television cable with a knife with a red and black handle to do the repairs. Since my house is on the ground floor and overlooks the garden, I saw my landlord K.A. working in the garden there. I went out to the doorway of my residence, and he came to me as well. I said to K., ‘We had already agreed, where did this enforcement come from?’ K. said to me, ‘This is how I f*** a man's mother.’

Upon this insult, I suddenly punched K. once. K.A. grabbed my collar. I pushed him with my hand, and with my free hand, I pulled his loose trousers down and forward a bit. I cut his clothes from the belt area downwards with the knife in my other hand. Then I grabbed his genitals with my free hand. I cut his genitals with the red and black knife I had in my hand. I did not come to K. with this knife with the intention of doing this.

"I KNOW I WANTED TO PUT IT IN HIS MOUTH"

I had forgotten it in my hand because I was working. I did not plan such an incident; this incident happened suddenly when he insulted me. I do not remember exactly what I did with the piece of his genitals. However, I know that I wanted to put it in his mouth. Since his mouth was closed, it was not possible for me to do such a thing.

When K.A. fell to the ground, I said, ‘A man's d*** should not be in his mouth, it should be in its place.’ As soon as the incident was over, I left K.A. there and immediately came to the police station with the knife in my hand and surrendered. The incident happened this way; I do not accept any other accusations.”
