Textile worker found dead in her home
A 42-year-old textile worker has been found dead in her home in Karabük.
The incident occurred in the Kılavuzlar neighborhood. According to the information obtained, relatives of Serpil D. (42), who was known to work as a laborer at a textile factory, notified the 112 Emergency Call Center after they were unable to reach her.
Upon the report, health and police teams were dispatched to the address. Entering the house, the teams found Serpil D. hanging by a rope.
Checks performed by the medical teams confirmed that the woman had lost her life. The body of Serpil D., who was learned to have divorced her husband about 4 months ago, was taken to the morgue for an autopsy following the investigation at the scene.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
