They tried to market tap water as 'Zamzam'
A raid was conducted on a facility in Adana that was filling bottles with tap water and labeling them as "Zamzam" water. 15 thousand liters of fake Zamzam water were seized during the raid.
The incident took place in the Akkapı neighborhood of the Seyhan district.
According to allegations, the Seyhan municipal police (Zabıta) teams, having received a tip-off that there was a fake Zamzam water production facility in a warehouse, raided the address.

During the raid, 15 thousand liters of fake Zamzam water were seized.
Following the procedures, the warehouse was sealed.
Meanwhile, the seized fake Zamzam water was taken by the teams to be destroyed.
