They watched the forest fire from camping chairs
While teams continue their intensive efforts to combat the forest fire in Karabük, citizens watching the blaze from camping chairs drew attention.
Intervention continues for the forest fire that broke out around 14:00 in the vicinity of Arıcak village and spread rapidly due to the wind. The flames reached as far as Yeşil village on the Karabük-Zonguldak highway due to the wind.
While the flames illuminated the night in the area where the village was evacuated as a precaution, it was noted that some citizens sat in camping chairs, drinking tea and watching the fire.

As teams continue their efforts to bring the fire under control, authorities have warned citizens not to approach the fire zone and not to obstruct the operations.
