Thousands of dead fish found in Uludere Creek
Teams have taken action after a large number of dead fish were found in Uludere Creek, which flows through the center of the Hendek district in Sakarya. Samples were taken from the creek, and an investigation has been launched.
A large number of fish were found dead on the surface of the water in Uludere Creek, located in the Hendek district.
The fish covering the surface of the creek caused concern. Upon notification of the situation, teams were dispatched to the scene.
Teams from the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry arrived in the area and took samples from the water and the fish. An investigation into the matter has been initiated.
