Two siblings found with their throats slit in Sivas
Two siblings were found murdered in their home in Sivas, with their throats slit.
According to the information obtained, the incident was discovered at midnight at the İdil Apartment on 44th Street in the Kılavuz neighborhood.
It is alleged that the mother went to their home after being unable to reach her children. Upon entering the house, she encountered the bodies of her 22-year-old son, Umutcan Şimşek, and her 16-year-old daughter, Melisa Şimşek.
She called 112 to report the situation and requested assistance. Health and police teams arriving at the scene determined that the two siblings had been murdered by having their throats slit.
It is alleged that 16-year-old Melisa's hands were tied. Police teams are continuing their investigation at the scene. The mother, who found her children murdered, suffered a nervous breakdown at the scene.
