In the Eskibağlar neighborhood, police teams attempted to stop a pickup truck with the license plate 26 ADZ 751 due to suspicious behavior. The driver did not comply with the order and began to flee. After a pursuit that lasted for some time, the pickup truck was stopped on Sakman Street.
It was stated that the driver, F.G., who was removed from the vehicle, resisted the police. F.G., who was neutralized by the teams after being handcuffed, also refused to take the breathalyzer test.
During the checks, it was determined that the driver's license had been previously revoked due to driving under the influence. F.G. was fined a total of 550 thousand liras for failing to comply with the police "stop" order, refusing to take the breathalyzer test, and driving while his license was revoked.
The pickup truck was banned from traffic for 60 days following the procedures.
