Verdict reached for 56-year-old man who harassed his daughter-in-law
In Samsun, a man detained on allegations of harassing his daughter-in-law has been arrested by the duty court.
In the Canik district, 23-year-old M.K., a mother of two whose husband has been in prison for 1 year, filed a complaint alleging that her father-in-law, 56-year-old A.K., had sexually harassed her.
SUBMITTED AUDIO RECORDINGS AS EVIDENCE
M.K. also submitted audio recordings of her conversation with her father-in-law as evidence.
Following the complaint, A.K., a father of three, was detained by teams from the Canik District Gendarmerie Command and was referred to the Samsun Courthouse today.
ARRESTED
A.K., who gave his statement to the duty court, was arrested and sent to the Samsun T-Type Closed Prison.
