On the Denizköşkler Coast in Avcılar, an individual abused a dog on the beach in broad daylight. The incident was recorded by citizens in the vicinity.
Following the rapid spread of the footage on social media, teams from the Istanbul Police Department took action.
As a result of the investigation, the suspect, identified as H.E., was taken into custody.
The dog that was subjected to violence has been placed under protection. It was learned that the individual will be referred to the courthouse after the completion of police procedures.
