Wedding dance brawl in Sivas: 12 injured
According to initial reports, 12 people were injured in a brawl that broke out between the bride's and groom's families during a wedding dance in Sivas.
According to the information obtained, the incident took place in the Alibaba neighborhood.
During the wedding, a young man from the groom's side joined the dance while the bride's side was performing a halay, which led to an argument.
The argument escalated and turned into a brawl. The fight, in which 12 people were injured according to initial reports, was ended by the intervention of police teams.
The injured were taken to hospitals in Sivas by ambulances. It was stated that some of the injured had sustained knife wounds. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
