Deadline extended for Flash Haber TV tender

The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has extended the deadline for the tender of the "Flash Haber TV Commercial and Economic Integrity," which belongs to Göktuğ Multimedya Yayıncılık AŞ, for which it was appointed as a trustee.

The announcement regarding the matter by the TMSF was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, it was decided to extend the tender calendar for the Flash Haber TV Commercial and Economic Integrity as follows: the deadline for accessing the data room from 15.09.2025 to 13.10.2025; the final application deadline from 16:00 on 16.09.2025 to 16:00 on 14.10.2025; the tender date from 14:00 on 17.09.2025 to 15:30 on 15.10.2025; and the date for the negotiation, if held, from 14:00 on 19.09.2025 to 15:30 on 17.10.2025.

The "Flash Haber TV Commercial and Economic Integrity" was put up for sale in August with a price tag of 84 million TL.

The commercial and economic integrity in question belongs to Göktuğ Multimedya Yayıncılık Anonim Şirketi and consists of goods, rights, assets, and contracts dedicated to the operations of Flash Haber TV, including television broadcasting licenses for satellite and multi-province cable environments granted by the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK), as well as the permit for television broadcasting over the internet (Internet-TV).
