Şirin Payzın announces her departure from Halk TV

Journalist Şirin Payzın, who produced the program Sözüm Var on Halk TV, has announced her departure from the channel.

Sharing a farewell message on her X account, Payzın stated the following:

"A piece of departure news and a thank you. I would like to thank my friend and companion with whom I prepared and presented Sözüm Var, Barış Terkoğlu; my dear editor and silent hero Erdal Aktaş; my dear friend of 20 years with whom I created Sözüm Var, Emin Çapa; Seyhan Avşar, who gave us strength with her beauty, joy, and most importantly, her incredible journalism; the world's most wonderful director whom I always relied on, Murat Erdoğan; our program coordinator, dear Kürşat Oğuz, with whom I worked for a short time but very happily and whom I know we will see again; and the brilliant journalists and technical team of the Halk TV news center, and our cameramen. I am grateful to our viewers for always supporting us and to our guests for sparing their time. Sözüm Var has ended, but the word does not."

Payzın, who was injured and underwent surgery while in Germany for an interview, had been away from the screen for a long time.
