After the transfer of Ciner Yayın Holding to the Can Group was completed, the company's name was changed to Can Yayın Holding and the new board of directors was determined. Mehmet Kenan Tekdağ was appointed as Chairman of the Board, while Mehmet Şakir Can was appointed as Vice Chairman and Kemal Can as a board member.

In his statement regarding the determination of the new board of directors, Mehmet Kenan Tekdağ stated that the transfer process had been completed and that the boards of directors had been reshaped following the general assemblies. Tekdağ wished the new era to be beneficial for the Can Media Group and all its employees.

In addition to Can Yayın Holding, the boards of directors of media organizations such as Habertürk TV, Haberturk.com, Show TV, Bloomberg HT, and HT Spor were also reconstituted. Mehmet Kenan Tekdağ, Mehmet Şakir Can, Kemal Can, and Dr. Lawyer Özgün Öztunç will serve on the management of these organizations.

As you know, I had previously shared with you that the transfer of Ciner Yayın Holding shares to the Can Group has been completed both legally and in practice.

Following the transfer, the general assemblies of both Ciner Yayın Holding and its subsidiary broadcasting companies have been completed, and consequently, the boards of directors have changed.

Accordingly, the name of Ciner Yayın Holding has been changed to Can Yayın Holding, and the new board of directors of Can Yayın Holding has been formed as follows: Mehmet Kenan Tekdağ (Chairman of the Board), Mehmet Şakir Can (Vice Chairman of the Board), Kemal Can (Board Member).

Similarly, the boards of directors of our companies that own and publish our media outlets have also been reconstituted. Accordingly, the boards of directors of our channels Habertürk TV, Haberturk.com, Show TV, Bloomberg HT, and HT Spor have been formed as follows: Mehmet Kenan Tekdağ (Chairman of the Board), Mehmet Şakir Can (Vice Chairman of the Board), Kemal Can (Board Member), Dr. Lawyer Özgün Öztunç (Board Member).
