From Egypt to Greece, from the US to the EU, as these harsh outbursts that are later walked back increase, Turkey's claims in foreign policy are beginning to be met with a 'let's see you do it' attitude. That is why Erdoğan's congratulatory phone call to Sisi is like a summary of this foreign policy line."
