In the Bayrampaşa Municipal Council, which consists of a total of 37 seats, the number of CHP members has fallen to 17. In contrast, the AKP has 12 seats, the MHP has 3, and independents hold 5. Thus, the opposition bloc has secured a majority in the council with 20 members.
