AKP member who won 10 billion in tenders congratulates Erdoğan: 'Write it sincerely like this'
Businessman Veysel Demirci made headlines after a mistake in his social media post while congratulating President Erdoğan on his birthday.
Veysel Demirci, a former AKP parliamentary candidate known for winning major public tenders, shared a message on his social media account to celebrate President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's birthday. However, he forgot to delete the phrase "Write it sincerely like this" which was included in the draft text of the message. This situation led to questions regarding Demirci's sincerity, with comments such as "He passed the sincerity test by winning billion-lira tenders."

Demirci did not remove the post and thanked his followers, noting that his social media account's view count had increased by 3.4 million.
STATE TENDERS WON BY DEMİRCİ
Ziver Holding, owned by Veysel Demirci, has won approximately 10 billion TL worth of state tenders over the last 12 years. Some of the significant tenders the company has received include:
- The State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) 135 million TL Çorum-Ortaköy Aşdağul Pond project, with a scheduled completion date of October 22, 2025.
- Elazığ Municipality's 320 million TL drinking water, sewage, and rainwater line construction project.
- A 2 billion TL tender for the operation of Bingöl mining reserves.
- The Zülfü Ağar Police Vocational Training Center tender.
- Bingöl-Elazığ Junction Highway and Konya-Karaman Junction Highway projects.
- Construction of the International Harput Religious Affairs Complex.
