AKP's Kabaktepe announces he will not be a candidate at the congress
AKP İstanbul Provincial Chairman Osman Nuri Kabaktepe has announced that he will not be a candidate for the Istanbul Provincial Chairmanship at the 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress on February 8. Stating that change and dynamism will continue for the future of his party, Kabaktepe emphasized that he will continue to serve alongside AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan.

In a post on his social media account, Kabaktepe stated that the AKP will continue to be the address for change, dynamism, and momentum, and will continue to build the cadres that will construct the Century of Turkey during this congress process.
Kabaktepe noted the following:
"I will not be a candidate for the Istanbul Provincial Chairmanship at our 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress, which we will hold on February 8. I congratulate our president who will be elected in the new term in advance. I will continue to be by our President's side and in the service of our party, always and everywhere.
