Allegations of expulsion for nearly 100 names in CHP!

It has been claimed that one of the main agenda items for the meetings to be held this week in the CHP will be the disciplinary process. According to a report by the pro-government newspaper Yeni Şafak, plans are underway to initiate expulsion proceedings for 80 to 100 people, including individuals who are actively involved in politics within the YENİ Party while still maintaining their CHP membership.

The report stated that 81 provincial chairs will meet with the party leadership tomorrow, and the current state of the organization, its restructuring, and political activities for the upcoming period will be discussed at the meeting. Following the provincial chairs' meeting, the Party Assembly (PM) and the Central Executive Board (MYK) are expected to convene on Wednesday.

It was reported that the list allegedly to be presented to the PM will include names who are said to have engaged in politics in the YENİ Party without resigning from their CHP membership. It was claimed that some names who support Özgür Özel, such as Gül Çiftçi, Sevgi Kılıç, Selin Sayek Böke, Erbil Aydınlık, Aylin Nazlıaka, Hakkı Süha Okay, Pınar Uzun Okakın, Ayşe Eser Danışoğlu, and Aysu Bankoğlu, could come to the agenda with expulsion requests.

It was noted that the same list is also expected to include some names and delegates who were considered to have been elected to the PM in line with Ekrem İmamoğlu's wishes during the 39th Ordinary Congress, which has been described as invalid.

YDK MEETING PLANNED FOR SEPTEMBER 19

According to the report, another topic to be brought to the PM and MYK agenda will be the allegations that evaluations made during meetings at the Headquarters were leaked outside the party. It was stated that the party leadership has identified some individuals who are alleged to have conveyed the discussions in the PM and MYK to the YENİ Party and the İmamoğlu team, and that these individuals are expected to be included in the disciplinary files.

It was stated that the referral to disciplinary action of members who are alleged to have made baseless claims about CHP executives on social media and television programs, or who have used expressions containing threats or insults, is also on the agenda. Following the decisions to be taken at the MYK and PM, the files are planned to be sent to the High Disciplinary Board (YDK), and the YDK is planned to meet on September 19.
