Another reaction to Kılıçdaroğlu comes from Sırrı Süreyya Önder's daughter

Reactions have poured in following Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's statement on Sözcü TV that he does not regret voting "yes" to the lifting of the immunity of imprisoned former HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş. Another reaction came from Ceren Önder Kandemir, the daughter of the late politician Sırrı Süreyya Önder.

Kılıçdaroğlu, who stated he did not regret voting "yes" during the process when Demirtaş's immunity was lifted, had given the green light to the lifting of the immunity of CHP deputies.

As reactions to Kılıçdaroğlu continued, Ceren Önder Kandemir, the daughter of the late Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Sırrı Süreyya Önder, also expressed a very harsh reaction.

'MY FATHER WAS IMPRISONED AT THE AGE OF 60 BECAUSE OF A LETTER'

In her statement, where she said, "When my father's immunity was lifted—which you do not find right—he was imprisoned at the age of 60 because of a letter he read OUTSIDE THE PODIUM as part of his duty," Kandemir noted the following:

After spending exactly 8 years of his youth enduring disgusting torture that destroys human dignity, implemented by those who, just like you, do not regret any of their actions, he was imprisoned again before he could even sleep soundly without jumping. He acquired a thousand and one new illnesses in Kandıra prison. Before long, he became even sicker and died. I wanted to stay silent because throwing barbs at you is comfortable.
