Aslı Baykal takes a jab at Özel and Kılıçdaroğlu after funeral: 'True loyalty...'
Following the funeral of Olcay Baykal, Aslı Baykal stated in a social media post, "Loyalty is not about being seen in front of crowds."
Olcay Baykal, the wife of former CHP Chairman Deniz Baykal, was laid to rest in Ankara. A funeral ceremony was held at the Ankara Karşıyaka Mosque for the 89-year-old, who passed away in Antalya.
The ceremony was attended by both CHP's elected Chairman Özgür Özel and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was brought to the head of the party following a decision of absolute nullity. While Kılıçdaroğlu arrived at the ceremony area early, Özel arrived later, shook hands with Kılıçdaroğlu, and then took his place in the line.

One of the notable details at the funeral was the wreaths sent. According to the images, the wreaths prepared in the name of both Kılıçdaroğlu and Özel bore the title "CHP Chairman."

Olcay Baykal's daughter, Aslı Baykal, made a post on her social media account after the ceremony, emphasizing the concept of loyalty.
Our Prophet described ostentation as "hidden shirk" (polytheism).

"Our Prophet described ostentation as 'hidden shirk'.
One understands what this means most deeply in the midst of pain.
Yesterday, we laid my mother, Olcay Baykal, to her final rest.
Pain silently reveals the people around one.
I saw this once again while bidding farewell to my mother yesterday. I watched as people who were not by our side while my mother and I struggled for years—who neither asked how we were, nor knocked on our door, and who even hurt us at times—took their places at the very front.
It inevitably makes one think when those who were not there during one's most difficult days are at the very front during one's most visible moment.
Loyalty is not about being seen in front of crowds; it is about being by someone's side when no one else is watching.
My mother showed this by living it throughout her life. She stayed away from ostentation. She valued humanity, not positions. She lived a quiet but honorable life.
As I bid her farewell, I understood once again that sincerity does not need cameras. True loyalty is reflected in memories, not in lenses.
May the Lord have mercy on my mother.
May she rest in peace."
