Zafer Party's Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Azmi Karamahmutoğlu handed the envelope containing his vote to the poll worker. Upon the worker's warning, Karamahmutoğlu cast his ballot into the ballot box.
Voting for the March 31 Local Elections continues.
