BBP leader Destici reacts to CHP's candidate selection process: 'With 3 years left until the elections...'
BBP leader Mustafa Destici reacted to the candidate selection process within the CHP, stating, "With about 3 years left until the general elections, the agenda is already being occupied with discussions about the presidential elections or who will be the presidential candidate."
Great Unity Party (BBP) Chairman Mustafa Destici spoke at a press conference held at the Kağıthane Hamidiye Social Facilities.
Celebrating the 32nd anniversary of his party's founding, Destici made evaluations regarding the current agenda during his speech.
Destici's target was CHP Chairman Özgür Özel's statement that "Our process for determining a presidential candidate has begun."
"THE AGENDA IS BEING OCCUPIED"
"With about 3 years left until the general elections, the agenda is already being occupied with discussions about Turkey's presidential elections or who will be the presidential candidate," said Destici, emphasizing that the agenda of all political parties, both in and out of parliament, whether in government or opposition, should be the problems, future, and interests of the nation.
BBP leader Destici added that the demands of retirees, minimum wage earners, and women should be discussed.
