Behind the scenes: Claims that Koray Aydın will leave the İYİ Party

It has been learned that Koray Aydın, one of the founders of the İYİ Party who played a significant role in the formation of its organizations, is preparing to resign from the party. Believing that his party has not entered a recovery process following the party congress, Aydın shared these views with numerous party members throughout the holiday.

According to a report by Politikyol, Aydın stated that the party base has fallen into despair and that it is difficult for him and those close to him to engage in active politics under current conditions. He noted that Akşener's meeting with President Erdoğan at the Beştepe Presidential Complex caused unrest among the base and that he did not receive sufficient support from the current administration for his own statements.

It is stated that after resigning, Aydın will not form a new party and will pursue a more active political stance against the People's Alliance (Cumhur İttifakı) as an independent member of parliament. It is predicted that if Koray Aydın leaves the İYİ Party, numerous resignations could follow within the party.
