Bingöl, who switched from CHP to AKP, said 'Take care of me': AKP members shouted 'You are the Reis's entrustment to us'

Tuzla Mayor Eren Ali Bingöl, who switched from the CHP to the AKP, visited his new party's Tuzla District Headquarters. Bingöl, who joined the AKP by receiving his badge at a ceremony attended by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, met with party members.

Speaking during the visit, Bingöl said they aim to solve the problems in Tuzla's neighborhoods "in unity and solidarity." Stating that they will work to move the district to a better point, Bingöl said, "We will solve all of Tuzla's problems by working hard, all together. We will carry our district to better tomorrows by standing shoulder to shoulder with our fellow citizens."

Stating that he would not make a long speech, Bingöl addressed the party members as follows:

"I don't like to talk for too long. I will just say this much; I am coming from the opposite neighborhood. I am coming from the opposite neighborhood after many years. I believe that you will take care of me and explain my reasons correctly."

Eren Ali Bingöl, who switched to the AKP by selling the people's votes, spoke at the AKP organization:
