It has been learned that the accounts of Hasan İmamoğlu, the father of Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is being held in custody as part of a corruption investigation, have been blocked, and as a result, he has not been able to receive his pension since March.
New details have emerged regarding Hasan İmamoğlu, the father of CHP presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who has been held in Silivri Prison since March 23 as part of a corruption investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Journalist İsmail Saymaz reported that Hasan İmamoğlu's accounts have been blocked and that he has therefore been unable to receive his pension for 8 months.

In his statement, İsmail Saymaz announced that in addition to the blockade decision applied to Hasan İmamoğlu's accounts, a travel ban has also been imposed.
Saymaz stated, "Because Hasan İmamoğlu's accounts have been blocked, he has not been able to receive his pension since March. A travel ban was also imposed on him yesterday."
