In England and Wales, the public went to the polls at 07:00 (09:00 TSI) to determine mayors, local councilors, and police commissioners. Voting concluded as of 22:00 (00:00 TSI).
Voters heading to the polls in 107 electoral districts also cast their ballots to elect 35 Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs).

According to reports obtained from Sky News sources, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was turned away from the polling station because he forgot his valid ID to vote.
According to a statement from Johnson's spokesperson, Johnson, who was turned away by poll workers, later returned with his photo ID and was able to cast his vote.
