The trial regarding the purchase of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters building has been adjourned to April 15, 2026, pending the 2019 Constitutional Court (AYM) financial audit report.
The fourth hearing of the case filed regarding the purchase process of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters building was held. During the hearing, the defense attorneys requested that the trial be stayed pending the completion of the 2019 Constitutional Court (AYM) financial audit report.
The judge decided to review the defense attorneys' request between sessions. In this context, the course of the trial will be evaluated once the results of the financial audit report are available.
