Following the March 31 local elections, meetings between political party leaders in Ankara have gained momentum.
AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will receive MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli at the Palace today at 14:30.
Erdoğan and Bahçeli last met on April 29 following the March 31 local elections.
The two leaders are expected to evaluate the new constitution, as well as domestic and foreign policy.
SUCCESSIVE MEETINGS IN ANKARA
Erdoğan recently held a meeting with CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the AKP Headquarters.
Following his meeting with Erdoğan, Özel visited MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM). It was learned that Özel brought up the Gezi Park trial detainees and Osman Kavala during the meeting.
