ANNIVERSARY OF THE AMASRA MINE MASSACRE

Today is the second anniversary of the Amasra mine disaster. The AK Party government brought poverty and misery to the workers, but even more painfully, it brought death. This massacre is a result of negligence, lack of oversight, and incompetence. After that massacre, Erdoğan made a statement saying, 'We are people who believe in the plan of destiny.' However, when you look at the Council of State report, everyone can see that this was not a plan of destiny and that a sensible government would have prevented it. If there are no fatal accidents in mines in Germany, France, or Italy, it means it is not a plan of destiny. In this country's plan of destiny, it is not these deaths that will occur, but the departure of this government. In the commission established in Parliament, they tried to declare the deceased miners as the guilty parties. We experienced this process in Soma as well, and they are trying to repeat it in Amasra. The General Manager of the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK) was hastily retired under the EYT (Retirement Age) scheme. He had previously been sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison for being found guilty in the death of 8 people in Kozlu. If you take this person and appoint him as the general manager in Amasra, you cannot call it a 'plan of destiny.' We will continue to follow the Amasra case until all those responsible are punished. Let us continue to stand by the laborers; some are helping to protect these people.

RESISTANCE OF FERNAS WORKERS

There are Fernas workers who have been resisting in Soma for 2 months and walking barefoot to Ankara. The owner of the company is AK Party deputy Ferhat Nasıroğlu. When the workers ask for their rights, he says, 'I explained it to our President, and he agreed with me.' The workers started a hunger strike 26 hours ago. They are trying to make their voices heard for the last time. The boss who exploits the sweat of the worker is your deputy, he trusts you. The boss of Fernas is violating the rights of the people and attributing this to Erdoğan. If any harm comes to those workers, the culprit is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

'THE MASSACRE LAW MUST BE STOPPED'

Images that hearts cannot bear were reflected from Gebze on Friday evening and Ümraniye on Sunday, where young people were crying. They envisioned a change in the animal protection law. They were going to take the animals from the streets, take them to shelters, and poison those that were not adopted. They say, 'You will take them, you will not neuter and release them. You will look after them in the shelter.' The law secretly says this; the public reacted so strongly that they couldn't write that much.

They poisoned the animals in Gebze and Ümraniye. They killed them and devastated us all. I said it on the first day, and our deputies said it one by one; we did not implement this massacre law, we will not implement it, and we will never let it be implemented. But their own municipalities, those who received the implicit message, are killing the animals. This law must be changed immediately. I am calling out to the Constitutional Court. Look into the eyes of your grandchildren. Conclude this file as soon as possible. This massacre law must be stopped and it will be stopped."

THE TAX ISSUE

Şimşek had said that they were not thinking of introducing new taxes. Before the ink had even dried, the AKP group brought a 12-article proposal. Looking at it today, it is no surprise at all. SHARP REACTION TO THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY FUND

It turns out the danger is great, Israel will attack Turkey, and we will all support the defense industry together. How will we do it? 600 TL from tax returns, 750 TL from credit cards over 100 thousand liras, and both the Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) and 20 percent of the value of electric vehicles, which are exempt from motor vehicle tax, will go to the defense industry fund.

THEY ARE CHOKING THE CITIZEN

They are trying to tax not even the person who shops, but the person who has the potential to shop, but they are choking the citizen who is in need of using a credit card to get by, not the banks that make the biggest profits in Turkey."

REACTION TO THE REASSIGNMENT OF 40 OFFICERS

They opened an investigation into our lieutenants who showed their loyalty to Atatürk at the graduation ceremony of the Military Academy; we are following it carefully. They held the officers there responsible and reassigned 30-40 of them to different places. Those officers fought on July 15 and served their country. This is an injustice; the main issue is, Mr. Erdoğan, there is nothing to be uncomfortable about; what did the lieutenants say? 'We are the soldiers of Mustafa Kemal.' Whose soldiers would they be?

Those lieutenants are on the side of Mustafa Kemal; you went to the funeral of the 'fez-wearing madman' Kadir, but you sent 5 ministers to his funeral.
