CHP files objection, IYI Party candidate's candidacy revoked
Following an objection by the Republican People's Party (CHP) to the Ankara Provincial Election Board, the candidacy of IYI Party Mamak Mayoral Candidate Hüseyin Bayındır has been revoked.
The Ankara Provincial Election Board has decided to revoke the candidacy of IYI Party's Mamak Mayoral Candidate Hüseyin Bayındır following an objection filed by the CHP.
Bayındır, who had been a prospective mayoral candidate for the CHP in Mamak, resigned from the CHP to join the IYI Party and was subsequently nominated as the IYI Party's candidate for Mayor of Mamak.

Bayındır's candidacy was revoked as a result of the CHP's objection, as he had participated in the CHP's central primary process and had not resigned from his prospective candidacy.
