CHP's Etimesgut candidate Erdal Beşikçioğlu on 'rent and zoning': 'There is one thing I know...'

CHP's Etimesgut mayoral candidate, the famous actor Erdal Beşikçioğlu, was a guest on İsmail Küçükkaya's program "Yeni Bir Sabah" on Halk TV.

Answering questions about his candidacy, Beşikçioğlu said, "It took a long time for me to be convinced. Because I have never done anything like this before."

Stating that his candidacy for Etimesgut mayor is a significant responsibility, Beşikçioğlu said, "I think this is a responsibility. I don't know about rent, I don't know about zoning. But there is one thing I know. And that is that I know the way to a person's heart. An artist knows the way to a person's heart," he said.

Saying, "I want to create a modern Etimesgut in terms of culture, arts, and social assistance," Beşikçioğlu added, "There are many shortcomings regarding social life in Etimesgut. I cannot digest this. It is not possible to digest this in a district in the country's capital."
