According to information from party circles, Ahmet Aras, who emerged as the top name in the latest poll, will be nominated as the party's candidate for Muğla.

The name of Bodrum Mayor Ahmet Aras was approved as the CHP's candidate for the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality during the Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting that began this afternoon.

The MYK decision will become official with an announcement to be made following the Party Assembly (PM) meeting to be held this evening.
