Congress process begins in AKP: Ministers are in the field

The AKP has announced that it has entered the 8th Ordinary Congress process and has begun organizing large-scale meetings in 81 provinces as part of the "Turkey Meetings." 

In these events, which serve as preparations for the congress, deputies, ministers, and MKYK members are visiting provinces to meet with the public.

THEY ARE TOURING TURKEY

Continuing its preparations for the congress to be held in October, the AKP is touring all of Turkey through its deputies, ministers, and MKYK members during this process.

 It was stated that within the scope of the events, meetings are being held with tradespeople, professional groups, and non-governmental organizations to listen to the economic situation of each province and the demands of the public.

RUNNING PARALLEL TO DELEGATE ELECTIONS

According to the report by Fatma Göksu from Sabah, the "Turkey Meetings" process is progressing in parallel with the delegate elections.

With the visits made in every province and district, the goal is to establish contact with social segments and produce a comprehensive analysis. It was stated that these efforts will form an important foundation for the congress preparations.

MINISTERS AND DEPUTIES ARE IN THE FIELD 

The events, which began with Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç's visit to Tekirdağ on September 6, will continue in different provinces this week. Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat will meet with the public in Şanlıurfa on September 12, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu in Muş on September 13, and Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan in Van. Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak will come together with citizens in Edirne on September 14.

It was noted that this effort by the AKP, which covers all of Turkey ahead of the congress, is planned to be completed by the end of September.
