Constitutional Court ruling for 6 political parties
The Constitutional Court has completed the 2022 financial audits of 6 political parties, concluding that their final accounts are accurate and in compliance with regulations based on available information and documents.
The Constitutional Court (AYM) has published its financial audit decisions regarding the Genç Parti, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, Kürdistan Komünist Partisi, Müdafaa-i Hukuk Hareketi Partisi, İYİ Parti, and Yeni Türkiye Partisi in the Official Gazette.
The announced decisions state that the financial accounts of the six parties for the year 2022 were examined. As a result of the review, it was determined that the final accounts of the parties for that year were accurate, balanced, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Political Parties No. 2820, based on the available information and documents.
