The application, which states that the current usage allocated to the CHP is not a "claim of ownership" but a request for continued institutional representation and service continuity, argues that the new group's workspace needs should be met separately by the TBMM Speaker's Office.

The text cites past practices as examples, such as the designation of a new corridor and the vacating of offices for the Saadet Party in 2023, and the reallocation of former Virtue Party (FP) offices and rooms used for institutional duties for the Motherland Party (ANAVATAN) in 2005.
