YENİ Party Chairman Özgür Özel will meet with DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan in Ankara today.
The meeting, which will take place at the YENİ Party Headquarters, is scheduled to begin at 12:30 PM. The encounter comes at a time when contacts between political parties are intensifying once again.
It is expected that the current stage of the "process" and the steps anticipated to be taken will be discussed during the meeting. It had previously been stated that the DEM Party would be holding contacts with political parties within this scope.
On the other hand, political party discussions regarding the structure and working principles of the Monitoring Commission planned to be established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) are also expected to begin in the coming days.
Özel's schedule for today also includes the funeral ceremony for former Manisa Deputy Hasan Gülay to be held at the TBMM, and the YENİ Party Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting to be held at 3:00 PM.
