Erdoğan's 2028 plan revealed: He has two goals
It has been stated that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has two plans for the 2028 elections.
In parallel with the early election debates that began following the March 31 Local Elections, a new election poll is being published every week.
While the CHP ranks as the leading party in most polls by different companies, public opinion researchers emphasize that the election environment is different and that the data in question does not hold much meaning for planning the future.
ERDOĞAN'S 2 PLANS
According to a report by Gazete Duvar, it is being discussed that Erdoğan has two plans based on the latest poll results and the government's calls to "fortify the internal front" within the CHP, which has been focusing on research and development efforts since the local elections.
It was stated that Erdoğan is first working to recover the economy, and that his second goal is to "create a new survival narrative" and "try to instill the perception of 'who can govern the country' by gathering different segments under one flag."
According to the People's Alliance partner MHP, the agenda for the 2028 elections will be "Foreign policy-security, economy, and migration."
