Erdoğan's first comment on the 'money counting' footage in CHP: 'This game has become completely tainted'

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements at his party's rally in Van. 

Erdoğan spoke as follows:

"THEY IMPOSED THE CHP AND ITS CANDIDATE ON YOU"

"We run to you at every opportunity to satisfy our longing for Van. We have always been by your side in your good times and your bad times. In the May elections, they united around the CHP candidate facing us. They imposed the CHP and its candidate, who are working with all their might to revive this mentality, upon you. They carried names you wouldn't even let pass by your door into Parliament by placing a mortgage on your will, and they even wanted to make them President. They made Van a tool in this game as well. 

"THE GAME HAS BECOME COMPLETELY TAINTED"

With the crooked game they set up, they mocked the intelligence of the nation. With stacks of cash entering the picture, this game has become completely tainted. No one can cleanse themselves of this filth by telling lies upon lies and attacking those around them. Our nation will hold them accountable for these insidious games at the ballot box on March 31. It will deliver a slap of national will to faces that know no shame. 

We made this geography our homeland with great difficulty. We have made many sacrifices to ensure it remains our homeland. A calamity was placed before us to prevent our democracy from developing and our development from being realized. It appeared before us sometimes as coups, sometimes as political-economic crises, and sometimes as terrorist acts. Dirty internal and external negotiations always accompanied these. Now we are facing the same picture. If you scratch the surface of those who attempt to act as the battering ram of imperialists against us and our government, the bottom always leads to the same address. The strings of all of them are gathered in the same hands.

"ONLY WE EXIST"

They did not have difficulty finding pawns inside for these efforts either. Now is the time for the masks to come off. None of the opposition facing us is themselves. The CHP you speak of is not the CHP. Those gathered under this sign have now become links in a chain of titans, gears in a rentier wheel. It is unclear whose will is in whose hands in the party you call DEM. Have you seen any political activity or project from this structure? You cannot see it. The only mission of this structure is to support whatever is against Turkey. I don't even need to mention the others, from the spendthrift heirs to the former members of our party. We are the only ones working for the security of the country and the nation in Turkey.
