Ertuğrul Özkök's response to Kılıçdaroğlu on the 'Metropoll poll': 'This anger you cannot suppress...'

Former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, in a television program he attended, signaled a potential candidacy by saying, "If the delegates nominate me as a candidate for chairman, then we will say, let the bravest step forward."

T24 columnist Ertuğrul Özkök reacted to Kılıçdaroğlu's statements in his column today.

In the speeches she made outside, she always said, "We must find an electable candidate."

In fact, "change" began with the party creating this difference in Turkish politics.

The anger inside you is putting you in a terribly ugly and unfair position.

Those who won at the convention you lost also won the election and local power on March 31.

So it seems those who did not like him forced him to be a candidate.

At the very least, those who love him should remind him of the results of the March 31 election.

Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu, the new management that won at the convention you lost, gave the AKP its first election defeat in 22 years on March 31.

More importantly, it made the CHP the leading party.

More importantly than that, by creating a very strong local power against the central government, it gave the people in the country who have been made to feel "You are a white minority" for 22 years the confidence that "We are also citizens of this country"...
