Asal Research survey results draw attention... Neither AKP nor CHP! 'As much as the total votes of the two parties...'

Asal Research shared the results of its survey titled "Which political party can solve Turkey's problems?", which was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 2,500 people aged 18 and over in 26 different provinces.

THOSE WHO SAY "NONE CAN SOLVE IT" ARE FAR AHEAD

39.5 percent of the survey participants stated that they do not believe any political party can solve the country's problems. This rate, which left all parties in the survey behind, demonstrated the depth of the crisis of confidence the public feels toward political institutions.

AKP AND CHP COMBINED ARE EQUAL TO THE DISTRUSTFUL

21.4 percent of participants saw the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and 17 percent saw the Republican People's Party (CHP) as the most competent party in solving the problems. However, the combined rate of both parties (38.4 percent) remained even lower than the rate of those who answered "none."

OTHER PARTIES REMAINED AT THE MARGIN

Support rates for parties other than the AKP and CHP remained at very low levels. According to the survey, the rates received by other parties are as follows:

DEM Party: 3.5%

MHP: 2.9%

İYİ Party: 2.0%

Victory Party (Zafer Partisi): 1.8%

New Welfare Party (Yeniden Refah Partisi): 1.6%

Other: 1.9%

UNDECIDED VOTERS ARE ALSO AT A HIGH RATE

8.4 percent of the participants did not express any opinion.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE ECONOMY

In another study, voters were asked, "What is Turkey's most important problem?" In the study, Turkey's biggest problem was the economy/cost of living with a rate of 63.4%.
