CHP wind in ORC poll: Three cities changed hands

ORC Research has shared the results of its general election poll conducted in 6 cities with the public.

CHP WIDENS THE GAP IN AYDIN

In the study conducted in Aydın between May 9-14 with 1,710 participants, the rate of those saying they would vote for the CHP was 40.2 percent, while the rate for the AKP was 26.1 percent.

In the May 14 General Elections, the CHP had a vote share of 35.59 percent, while the AKP's vote share was 28.71 percent.

The vote shares of other parties are as follows:

MHP 7 percent

DEM 6.3 percent

İYİ Party 6 percent

Zafer 4 percent

YRP 2.1 percent

BBP 1.8 percent

A Party 1.8 percent

YMP 1.5 percent

Memleket 1.2 percent

Other 2 percent

DENİZLİ CHANGED HANDS

In the poll in Denizli, which included 1,800 participants, the CHP received 38.5 percent support, while the AKP's support was 27.5 percent.

In the May 14 General Elections, the AKP received 33.99 percent of the votes, while the CHP's vote share was 31.90 percent.

With these results, it was observed that the CHP became the leading party in Denizli and the city changed hands.

ÖZEL'S HOMETOWN ALSO CHANGED HANDS

In the poll in Manisa, where 1,760 participants took part, the CHP's vote share was 36.1 percent, while the AKP's vote share was 26.9 percent.

While the AKP was the leading party in the May 14 General Elections with 31.79 percent, the CHP had received 29.46 percent.

Manisa, the hometown of CHP leader Özgür Özel, became another city that changed hands with these results.

AKP FIRST IN BURSA, CHP CLOSED THE GAP

In the poll in Bursa, which included 2,160 participants, the rate of those saying AKP was 32.5 percent, while the rate of those saying CHP was 29.1 percent.

In the city, the rate of those saying MHP was measured at 7 percent, while the rate of those saying Zafer Party was 5.8 percent.

In the May 14 General Elections in the city, the AKP received 39.01 percent of the votes, while the CHP received 24.38 percent.

While the CHP increased its vote share by 5 percent, the AKP's vote share fell by approximately 6.5 percent.

In the poll in Kocaeli, which included 1,920 participants, the rate of those saying AKP was 34.8 percent; the rate of those saying CHP was 28.5 percent.

In the May 14 General Elections, the AKP received 39.7 percent of the votes in the city, while the CHP received 23.97 percent.

The vote shares of other parties are as follows:

MHP 6.6 percent

İYİ Party 6.1 percent

YRP 5.5 percent

DEM 5.1 percent

CHP BRINGS THE GAP TO NEARLY 14 POINTS IN ESKİŞEHİR

In the poll in Eskişehir, which included 1,620 participants, the rate of those saying CHP was 41.6 percent, while the rate of those saying AKP was 27.8 percent.

In the May 14 General Elections, the CHP received 34.06 percent of the votes, while the AKP received 33.15 percent.
